Join us for the Clara’s Corner Flag Football Tournament, a community fundraiser supporting women in recovery and honoring the legacy of Clara Borden. This family-friendly event is focused on bringing the Marin community together through fitness, fellowship, recovery, and positive community connection.
The event will take place on Saturday, July 18th from 1:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Creekside Soccer Field at McInnis Park in San Rafael, CA. The day will begin with a speaker meeting followed by a community flag football tournament featuring local teams, gyms, businesses, friend groups, and members of the recovery community. Teams will compete in a 6 vs 6 format with up to 10 players per team. Team registration is a suggested $100 donation per team.
The event will also include a BBQ, raffle prizes donated by local Marin businesses, and opportunities to connect with the local community and recovery organizations.
Clara’s Corner is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women access treatment, sober living support, and recovery resources. All proceeds from the event will go directly toward supporting the nonprofit’s mission.
