Directions: Meet at the Belvedere Tiburon Library in Tiburon (1501 Tiburon Blvd). From Hwy 101 take the Tiburon Blvd/East Blithedale exit. Go east on Tiburon Blvd 4 miles. The library is on the left. Enter the parking lot on Mar West, behind the library.

With its extensive serpentine grasslands and mixed woodlands, the Tiburon Peninsula hosts an impressive number of wildflowers, including many rare species. This talk will focus on the common and rare plants found here, some of the different strategies plants employ to entice pollinators, and the various ways plants go about dispersing their seeds. This talk is offered in partnership with the Belvedere Tiburon Library and registration is required through the library.
