Cavallo Point's Cooking School is hosting ahands-on Sicilian cooking classon Saturday, November 7. You'll explore the island's sun-soaked cuisine, shaped by Greek, Arab, French and Spanish influences, cooking caponata, saffron-scented pasta con le sarde and Sicilian-style halibut before piping your own cannoli.
