Let your kids run, jump, climb, and explore in a safe, playful space at GymWorld Gymnastics & Parkour’s Open Gym. It’s an unstructured, parent-supervised playtime where children can use the gym’s equipment, practice skills, and burn energy with friends — perfect for toddlers through school-aged kids, from 0+.
What to Expect:
Littlebugs – For ages 1 – 36 mos.: This open format class is designed to provide an exploratory environment for children to play and work with their parents as they discover a wide variety of movement possibilities. Coaches are on hand to direct as needed and perform warm -up and closing activities. Children have the opportunity to join structured activities or openly entertain themselves in a safe environment. Parent/adult participation and supervision required and all Littlebug classes must be registered for in advance. See event registration for online sign up).
Programs like storytime are a great way to introduce your children to the five early literacy skills (talk, sing, read, write, and play) and set them up for success as future readers! Come join us on Friday mornings at 10 AM to practice these skills through favorite stories, songs, and rhymes. Our storytime is designed for children ages 0-5 and their caregivers.
Head to Drakes Beach in Point Reyes National Seashore to view massive elephant seals during their breeding and pupping season from January–March. The beach itself is closed and hours are limited to protect both seals and visitors, but you can watch from the parking lot and the Kenneth C. Patrick Visitor Center.
Watch as our volunteers prepare meals in the Fish Kitchen, peek into our laboratory to learn more about our scientific research, and explore interactive exhibits that give you a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to rescue hundreds of marine mammals every year. Plus, you’ll discover how you can take action to protect marine mammals and the ocean.

Tickets are free but must be reserved online in advance. You may enter anytime within your entrance window and stay as long as you like until we close at 4pm.
Bring the little ones for drop-in play at the Bay Area Discovery Museum (BADM) in Sausalito. BADM is a space for imaginations to run wild! Located at the foot of the Golden Gate Bridge on 7.5 acres of National Park land in Sausalito, BADM features outdoor and indoor exhibition spaces and daily programs for children 6 months of age to 10 years.
To reserve your visit, select the day you wish to visit. Tickets are required for admission except for members, guest passes, and discounted tickets.
