From Hwy 101 in San Rafael, take the North San Pedro Rd exit (if coming from Hwy 101 North, follow the signs to the Civic Center and to North San Pedro Rd). Turn right onto Avenue of the Flags; parking is available in the lot adjacent to Civic Center Dr and in front of the auditorium.
