Meet at the snack bar in McNears Beach Park in San Rafael (201 Cantera Way). From Hwy 101 in San Rafael, take the exit for Central San Rafael east. Take 2nd St east, which merges into 3rd St, and then turns into Point San Pedro Rd. Follow Point San Pedro Rd for 3.6 miles, turn right at Cantera Way, and follow to the large parking lot at the end.

May is Bike Month! Bike to Wherever Day 2026 is Thursday, May 14th, with energizer stations at key locations throughout the county. Join us and celebrate Bike Month by leaving the car at home and discovering the joys of biking to work, school and for everyday errands. We'll be stationed at the Marin County Civic Center with treats to fuel your ride.
Meet at the public dock on Wharf Rd in Bolinas (across from the College of Marin biology lab). From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the Sir Francis Drake Blvd exit west 20.4 miles to Olema. Turn left onto Hwy 1 for 9.2 miles, right onto Olema-Bolinas Rd, left to stay on Olema-Bolinas Rd, and straight onto Wharf Rd for 2.3 miles.

Meet in the north parking lot at Stinson Beach. From Hwy 101 in Larkspur, take the Sir Francis Drake Blvd exit west 20.4 miles to Olema, turn left onto Hwy 1, and follow 13.6 miles; turn right at the "Stinson Beach Parking GGNRA" sign and park in the first lot on your right.
From Hwy 101 in Corte Madera, take the exit for Tamalpais Dr east. Go straight onto San Clemente, which merges into Paradise Dr after 0.4 miles. Follow Paradise Dr approximately 1.7 miles, turn right onto Taylor Rd, and follow to the end (dead end). Hike up Taylor Fire Road, turn right at Ring Mountain Fire Road, and head west to Turtle Rock.
